Postpartum Depression (PPD) is the type of depression that can start anytime during your baby’s first year, it’s most common within the first 3 weeks.
WARNING PPD SIGNS
- Sadness and feeling of hopelessness and despair
- Excessive crying
- Lack of interest in food, sex, self-care and things you used to enjoy doing before child birth.
- Feeling of guilt or inadequacy.
- Negative thoughts towards your baby or neglect of your baby.
