Mr Abdul Wahab Suleiman
Abdulwahab was born in Lagos, Nigeria and received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2006. He currently works at Microsoft as an Escalation Engineer.
Abdulwahab is a dynamic results driven Software Engineer with over 9 years of progressive experience in Software Development and Support Services of various computing organizations.
Following his passion to contribute back to the African continent, Abdulwahab volunteered and delivered a week long Windows Phone & Windows 8 bootcamp as part of the Microsoft MySkills4Africa initiative in Lagos, Nigeria in 2014. This is part of the Microsoft 4Africa economic empowerment initiative opportunity to improve Africa’s competitiveness in the world. He also continues to contributes both physically and remotely through the Microsoft MySkills4Africa program.
He is co-founder and Director of Technical Services for HealthCare Trends. The organization creates and measures integrated solutions for healthy births, growth and development. Healthcare Trend is an organization that aims to use mHealth application to address deficiencies of health care utilization in Nigeria. The application combines an on-line and off-line electronic medical record (EMR), automated reminders and a patient identification system into one package. The mobile application would help support and enhance the performance of health care and public health practices in Nigeria.
